Making Your Will
MAKING YOUR WILL
The process of making your Will is carried out in the comfort of your own home:
- First, we arrange a face to face meeting with you to discuss your needs and to take your instructions. This is carried out at a time convenient for you with one of our fully qualified IPW Willwriters, who will give you comprehensive guidance and help throughout the process.
- We then send you a proof copy of your Will to ensure it is in accordance with your wishes along with a letter confirming our return date for the signing of your Will.
- Within 14 days of the first meeting and obtaining all the information we require to draft your Will, we will return to your home (unless agreed otherwise with you) with your completed Will to oversee the signing and witnessing of the document. This will then ensure that the Will signing is carried out both legally and correctly.
For your own piece of mind:
- No payment is required untill the process has been completed and you are fully satisfied with your Will.
